After spending the vast majority of my life feeling lonely even though I always had people around me, I knew something was wrong.
I'd hang out with friends and leave feeling worse off than before I saw them.
I felt shamed, blamed, judged, ridiculed, and unworthy.
Then I discovered coaching and the ability to make friends through tried and true mindset and action-based tools.
I learned that I didn't have to settle for mediocrity in my friendships. I deserved to have friends who treated me with the love and respect I deserved.
Now that that I have that, I decided that this work is too life-changing to be kept a secret.
